Tim Nielander - Managing Director, Corporate Counsel; Board Member

Mr. Nielander brings significant international business development, legal, intellectual property commercialization, capital acquisition and financial management experience to our Advisory Board. Since 2005 he has served as General Counsel to a Swiss organization supporting immunization projects in developing countries.  Prior to that he practiced eight years with the Seattle law firm, Preston Gates & Ellis LLP, where he provided counsel to a broad range of clients including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Microsoft Corporation, Amazon.com, Washington Mutual, 3M and Daimler Chrysler.

Mr. Nielander has worked for clients with projects in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, P.R.C., Honk Kong, Japan, India, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, South Africa, Germany, France, U.K., Germany, Sweden, Netherlands and Italy on a variety of transnational projects involving intellectual property development and commercialization transactions.
